On a nice evening at Olde Providence Racquet Club, Thomas Brown and Brett Forman defeated Ivan Dreycopp and Matias Iturbe 3-6 7-5 1-0(8) to win the 2023 Stockton Cup Doubles Championship.
In a match with many ebbs and flows, both teams traded jabs throughout the first two sets. The match treated onlookers with a variety of quick-handed volleys, spirited enthusiasm, and some solid shot making.
But in the third set tiebreaker, Brown/Forman edged out the win concluding a competition that treated fans with some exciting play over the weekend.
